Education
For Children
We utilize the Godly Play curriculum and have a number of people trained in teaching it. This happens every Sunday during the second half of the service and is for children 4 and up.
For the month of January we are discussing peace themes in our Godly Play classroom to go along with peace month that our meeting is doing.
Sunday School
The Adult Friend is what we are using for our Sunday School lessons at the present time. Sunday School begins at 9:30am and meets in one of the classrooms right behind the sanctuary.
Community Groups
We’re currently reading the biblical story in the book Manna and Mercy by Daniel Erlander and meet weekly for dinner and discussion.
Prayer Shawl Ministry is another community group that meets once a month of the first Wednesdays of the month to knit, crochet, and share in each others lives.
Voluntary Simplicity meets every Thursday evening from 7-8:30pm
Our Sunday School Group meets at 9:30am.
This looks good. We’ll need to update it as new projects come. Our children always seem to enjoy our Godly Play times. The adults enjoy much discussion with the Bible study using the Adult Friend. Evelyn
