A Quaker Meeting in Camas, WA
Every other Wednesday throughout the summer we’ve been discussing various queries at a home of a family in our meeting. Each week someone different in the group comes up with the query, this week it is:
We seen people in the world go through tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, mud slides, flooding, and now children are being captured to be trained to kill others, and what can we do? The list could go on. How much can we do individually or as a nation? Do we hurt or help when we take the supplies in to feed or house the victims of these disasters? When we help what is our motivation? When the headlines go away does our motivation go away?
