Camas Friends Church is celebrating their 75th Anniversary on October 6th at 4PM. This “street-fair themed” celebration is open to the community! Bring friends, family (including kids of all ages!) & loved ones for food, drinks, live music and a great time. We will also be having a Morning Worship Celebration on Sunday, October 7th at 10:30AM for those interested in attending.

Some of the things we are looking forward to:
- Booths highlighting the various ministries we are involved with and excited about.
- Open mic for people to share favorite stories and memories
- Games for kids
- Great food from two great local food carts: The Might Bowl and Food Blues BBQ.
- Live Music from Nate Macy and crew.
- Sermon from Becky Ankeny, Superintendent of Northwest Yearly Meeting.
- A chance to meet up with old friends and new friends alike.

Nate Macy is a producer, musician, and pastor. He has his Masters in Spiritual Formation from George Fox University and has spent time as a youth pastor, worship leader, speaker, worship consultant and musician. Nate has worked ecumenically and in a variety of settings including Quakers, Free Methodists, United Methodists, Covenant, and others. –Nate Macy
Becky Ankeny is a lifelong Quaker who brings strong gifts of compassion, experience, leadership and love for Christ and His church. She is a long time member of Northwest Yearly Meeting, and a recorded Friends Minister. Her leadership roles in the Yearly Meeting include prior service on the boards of Communication and Ministerial Service. She was also an English professor and an administrator at George Fox University in Newberg, Or. –Becky Ankeny
