A Quaker Meeting in Camas, WA
Our Fresh Bread discussions have resumed for the Fall! We meet every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 in the pastor’s office.
We are discussing Philip Gulley’s recent book Living the Quaker Way: Discover the Hidden Happiness in the Simple Life.
Gulley explores the Quaker testimonies of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, and equality and connects these to contemporary issues–personal, relational, and social.
Please come join us, whether you’re a relatively new or long-time Quaker, for a rich discussion about what constitutes the Quaker way of being Christian and how living these testimonies can increase the presence of love in the world and in us.

Fresh Bread meets Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at the Camas Friends Meeting House (in the pastor’s office).
Our most recent book was Jim Wallis’s America’s Original Sin: Racism, White Privilege, and the Bridge to a New America. Participating in racial justice aligns with our meeting’s values. Our conversations around this book were engaging and a positive step toward such participation.
Fresh Bread Discussions are a great time to ask questions, get to know each other, and engage in spiritual formation. Hope to see you there.
